The data message type was changed for CL31RAO, CL31RUB, CL51CG. Before the changes, the data message contained basically 3 lines, after 4 lines.

CL31RUB: up to 14:14:30 -> 3 lines, after 14:15:16 -> 4 lines
CL51CG: up to 13:45:15 -> 3 lines, after 13:47:00 -> 4 lines
